Description
An unusual front toggle fastening necklace, inspired by the stacked membrane system of the endoplasmic reticulum found within cells. The asymmetric design is of square shaped ‘vesicles’ coming from the membrane system – they are attached to a doubled strand of trace chain via a toggle bar fastening. Balled strands of wire connect the membrane sheets to each other, and are moveable.
