When placing an order from this website you, the customer, are entering into a contract with Gill Howard Jewellery, for us to supply you with the goods described at the price stated. The contract becomes binding upon our acceptance of your order via email and will result in a binding contract, governed by UK Law.

About my Jewellery

Each piece of jewellery is individually handmade by me. The item you receive will vary very slightly from the one shown, due to the techniques used and the nature of handmade items, no two are ever exactly identical. Please note that the only pre-made silver components that I use are chain, ear scrolls for stud earrings, pin protectors and some earwires.

Some pieces are a 'one off' design and you will receive the item photographed.

Every effort has been made to ensure that the images and descriptions including colour and measurements of the finished item are as accurate as possible. Colours shown may differ on different monitors, so cannot be guaranteed. By making a purchase you accept that they are handmade and slight variations may occur in the item you receive compared to that which is displayed on the product page.  Please take this into consideration prior to purchasing.

Packaging

Each piece of jewellery is carefully packaged in a white glossy gift box and finished with a black and white ribbon.  They will be delivered in a plain unbranded package.
